High Pressure Sodium HPS Dock Light

With a High Pressure Sodium Light you will get one of the most energy efficient dock light heads on the market. This powerful HPS lamp puts out the equivalent of a 500 watt incandescent bulb, while only consuming 50 watts of power. The HPS head has a 24,000 hour bulb life, and a diffuser grill for lamp protection ond safety. Power switch is located on the back of the lamp. Whether you need a shock absorbing dock light arm or a multi jointed arm for difficult to reach positions one of our four styles will suit the situation.   

The HPS Food Service Kit
The low power consumption of the HPS lamp allow the use fitment of a clear polycarbonate cover for use in food service applications. This cover is necessary for facilities where glass cannot release form the light head. Should the bulb become damaged, the cover will contain the glass fragments.
This cover is not to be used with incandescent lamps, as the cover will melt
