Metal Incandescent Head & Arms

The traditional incandescent light head is a standard in the dock light industry proven to be an affordable, tough, long lasting investment for your Loading dock or work area. While intended for illumination of trailers the incandescent dock light also functions as a workstation illuminator. Whether you need a shock absorbing dock light arm or a multi jointed arm for difficult to reach positions one of our four styles will suit the situation.

LED Polycarbonate Head & Arms

The innovative polycarbonate light head housing is an attractive piece of hardware built to be tougher than its metal predecessor. Aside from its damage absorbtion and cool touch characteristics a polycarbonate light head is non corrosive making it ideal for a variety of applications. While intended for illumination of trailers the incandescent dock light also functions as a workstation illuminator. Whether you need a shock absorbing dock light arm or a multi jointed arm for difficult to reach positions one of our four styles will suit the situation.

High Pressure Sodium Head & Arms

With a High Pressure Sodium Light you will get one of the most energy efficient dock light heads on the market. This powerful HPS lamp puts out the equivalent of a 500 watt incandescent bulb, while only consuming 50 watts of power. The HPS head has a 24,000 hour bulb life, and a diffuser grill for lamp protection ond safety. Power switch is located on the back of the lamp.

The HPS Food Service Kit
The low power consumption of the HPS lamp allow the use fitment of a clear polycarbonate cover for use in food service applications. This cover is necessary for facilities where glass cannot release form the light head. Should the bulb become damaged, the cover will contain the glass fragments. 
This cover is not to be used with incandescent lamps, as the cover will melt

Heavy Duty LED Spot Light

HD LED DOCK LIGHT

Heavy-duty LED lights from Industrial Dock Lights are designed for the most demanding work places. With a cast aluminum housing that carries a European IP66 rating (equivalent to NEMA 4X), and an operating temperature range of 0° - 130° F, they are ideal for food processing facilities and process industries. The cool white light has a lumen intensity comparable to a 300 watt R40 bulb, and will operates on any voltage from 100V AC to 240V AC (50/60 Hz). These heavy-duty lamp heads can be retrofitted onto existing Tri Lite arms. Each lamp carries a 5-year warranty.

LED Dock Light

Industrial Dock Lights - LED 

LED lights use 80% less energy than incandescent or halogen bulbs but still have a lumen intensity comparable to 150 watt incandescent bulb. Nine high-output 3 watt LEDs achieve maximum light intensity instantly, and are specially designed for lighting trailer interiors. These LED lights install easily into existing Tri Lite polycarbonate lamp heads (INCHEAD-P Housing), and are ideal for use in refrigerated food warehouses. Tri Lite Par 38 LED bulbs have been structurally strengthened to withstand the bumps and jarring that occur on the loading dock. Also, all dock light products using the PAR38 LED bulb are supplied with a special kit for securing the wire guard to the lamp head, which makes it more difficult for the unauthorized removal of the LED bulb They can be used with all voltages and carry a 3-Year Warranty.
